looks great, that's really what i need. I must say the precision i get with my Carmine 1.09 is not enough unfortunately.

I sent them a mail to inquire about price for their zSnapper® portable

got quoted a price of around 20'000 euros, seems to include a laptop pc.

I guess i'll have to wait a couple of years until prices come down. :roll:

Well, I guess that's a little too pricy for an entry-level scanner. The technology is awesome, but at this price level they are playing in another league.

but i was wondering, what makes these device so expensive actually ? just the R&D costs ?
