I'm sorry to be an irritation but I don't know whether I should buy a pre-owned non-modified Acer K11 or a brand new Acer K330 for my VirtuZoom. They cost approximately the same but your tutorial does not say if the K11 needs to be modified or if the still-available K330 will work.

I think you should go for a used Acer K11 and glue the macro lenses in front of the beamer, because this setup is tested. The K330 will work as well, but you have to modify the CAD files by yourself. I have no K330, so unfortunately I cannot help you on this task

Thank you very much for the response. 1) Do you mean that I will have to change the printed parts to accommodate a different-shaped projector? 2) Will the same lenses still work? 3) Does gluing the lens accomplish the same as using David's "modified" K11?
