The ultimate DIY 3D-Scanner Microscope:

    makes 360° scans of very tiny objects - OK
    is build with hardware available for everybody - Not OK (The servo is not available in all countries)
    makes very high detailed 3d models with no post-processing - Not OK (Scans have to be aligned manually)
    makes full-color scans - Not OK (beamer too bright for webcam)
    is as simple as possible - OK
    is as cheap as possible - Not OK (Software for 3D-Scanner requires license)
    can be manufactured in high quantities - Needs to be checked

please feel free to add or remove items of your ultimate 3D-Scanner Microscope :)

I took the prices from the Euro Amazon Page:

David Laserscanner: 329 EUR
Arduino: 35EUR
Servo: 30 EUR
12mm lens: 30 EUR
Macro lens: 20 EUR
Logitech C615: 61 EUR
Acer K11: 329 EUR

Total Electronics: 834 EUR

3D-Printed parts: 80 EUR (guess)

Delivery, HDMI cable, USB cable, etc . . .

My guess is that the parts for the 3D scanner would cost about 1.000 EUR.
