Post subject:  What is the best 3d software to fill holes

Hi all,

I have managed to scan various things with the Artec MHT but
notice that there are a lot of holes that need filling. I have been advised that sculptris/zbrush are good for this but a little complex. How can I
fill these holes with the same colour texture? What is the best/easiest 3d software to use?
Can anyone provide video tutorials of how to fill holes of human subjects using 3d software?

For a start I assume if you are using an Artec that you have access to Artec Studio. Use their hole filling algorithm. If you are left with holes too large that didn't fill, then go back into the hole filling settings, increase by a factor of ten and run again.

Sorry to keep digging up old topics. But hopefully someone is still searching for a good hole filling solution. GOM Inspect is free software that does a pretty amazing job at hole filling (among other very powerful processes).
