I'm currently using a Primesense 1.09 scanner with the +2.5 lens attached, however I'm still not happy with the quality of the results. Do you think that the new Primesense capri 1.25 scanner coming out this year will be a good 3D scanner. Does anyone know whether it will capture texture as well?

Seems very interesting to me too. Unfortunately you need to order high quantities to get one :(

The wholesalers will buy it in bulk and sell them in smaller quantities to the retailers. The retailers can then sell the individual units to us. Hopefully this will happen by the end of the year.
