I asked them the max size of object scanned as well as the resolution of the mesh. They ignored the resolution question, and for me that is the most important bit of information. |

I think the only limiting factor for the resolution is the scanning speed and the camera resolution. The hardware should be capable of doing nice scans. This project has a major impact on other commercial 3D scanners, because they need to explain, what features make them more expensive than the Rubicon. |
