I tried it with win 7 64 and xtion pro live and I have the same problem.... the program says: can't open depth source.
Any idea we can fix this?

I had the same problem. My solution looks like this:
The Problem is the asus Package.

Uninstall all included Asus driver software SDK and fablitec.

Then install FabliTec 3D Scanner v0.7 and install the components proposed by this installation.
Unplug and plug the Xtion, and wait until the drivers are loaded.
