Hi, I have the Xbox Kinect Sensor and would like to know the difference between the Xbox Sensor and the Windows Kinect. Is there a big difference between these sensors?
The results with my Xbox Kinect and Skanect/ReconstructMe are not so bad. The resolution can be a little bit better, but for 3D printing it´s enough. Or does make it sense to upgrade to a Windows Kinect?

You will see no improvements in scans made from wk vs xbk. They are basically the same.
