Microsoft released '3D Scan' in the Microsoft Store earlier this month. This replaces 3D Builders 'Scan' module that was in Windows 8.1 but removed in Windows 10. It is a free app. It seems to be 'Kinect Fusion' in a more usable package. You can find it under 'Apps'. I have just started working with this software, so I'll keep my opinions to myself for the moment. When it finishes scanning, it jumps to '3D Builder' where you can save the file or let 3d Builder repair it for you. I will post a review later next week.
